Shipping Policy: Free return shipping is provided with your confirmed reservation. Please DO NOT discard the shipping box your WEPAK is delivered in and use it to return your WEPAK with the provided return shipping label. If you do not return your order as scheduled in your reservation, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged the daily rate and a $10 USD late fee for each additional day late your order is not returned, as determined by the shipping carrier's shipping date and any additional shipping costs incurred to return the order. We do not offer services outside of the continental United States at this time.

Since we have no control over the conditions at the destination or the shipping carrier's actions, we cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The customer will be fully liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipment or items. We recommend entering a desired shipping address that will have someone physically present to receive the shipment.
Duration: If you schedule a reservation, it must be for a minimum two (2) days. For example, if you schedule a reservation from Saturday (3/9/2019) to Sunday (3/10/2019) for a total of 2 days, you will receive your WEPAK by 9:00 PM Friday (3/8/2019) and will need to return it to the shipping carrier by Monday (3/11/2019) to only be charged the two days of your scheduled reservation.
Start Date: Your reservation period begins on the start date of your confirmed reservation and you will be charged for the entire scheduled reservation. WEPAK schedules delivery so that you will receive your WEPAK by 9:00 PM the day before your confirmed reservation begins, or earlier. You are not charged for extra days if your order arrives early. We recommend that you choose a reservation start date that is at least the day before your actual departure date so you can familiarize yourself with the gear, have time to pack other personal items together, and contact us if there is any issue.
End Date: Your rental period ends one (1) day before your order is postmarked for return by the shipping carrier. We allow a grace period of one (1) day for returning orders. Orders may be returned the day after the end of your scheduled reservation without any additional days charged. Pack your WEPAK into the box as you received it with all items, place the free return shipping label on the package, and return it to a designated shipping carrier location. For each day after the one (1) day grace period, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged $50.00 USD for each additional day late your order is not returned, as determined by the shipping carrier's shipping date.
